This map was published regularly by A & W. Mackinlay and is known to have been published since at least 1861. The Dictionary of Canadian Biography write-up of Andrew Mackinlay mentions that the 1862 edition received a bronze medal at the 1867 Paris exposition. Walter notes that this is a "very late" edition.
